/KASE, November 5, 2019/ – Marganec Zhairema (Karagandy region), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated November 1,
2019 the following changes were made to the Board of Directors:
- A. Kazhibaev, independent director of the Board of Directors, removed;
- K. Shyngysbaev, independent director of the Board of Directors, appointed.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Marganec
Zhairema consists of three persons: F. Tazetdinov, D. Tursunkulov, K.
Shyngysbaev.
