/KASE, November 1, 2019/ – Rakhat (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the initiation by
Almaty special inter-district economic court of proceedings with regard to the
statement of claim submitted on October 28, 2019 by A. Kasymova on appealing a
decision related to construction of a wholesale store.
