According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C49790013 of the Company makes up 1,560,000 pieces; - all authorized shares of the Company are outstanding; - the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the Company's outstanding shares is ForteBank, which owns 1,507,706 common shares of the Company (96.65% of the total number of the Company's outstanding shares).
