According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C00010859 of the Company makes up 16,247,541 pieces; - all authorized shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk -Kazyna.
