/KASE, October 17, 2019/ – Eastcomtrans (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "on October
16, 2019, Мoody's Investors Service affirmed Eastcomtrans’s ratings at ‘В3’, the
company’s Eurobonds rating at ‘В3’, national scale rating at B1.kz, the rating of
the company’s Eurobonds (ISIN XS0918292151) has been affirmed at ‘В3’and possible
default rating at ‘В3/LGD3’. The outlook on all ratings is Stable.
