/KASE, August 23, 2019/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the extraordinary meeting of shareholders dated August 22, 2019
R. Shaketaev was appointed a member of the bank's Board of Directors.
Taking into account said change, ATFBank's Board of Directors consist of five
persons: G. Yessenov, Anthony Espina, Adriano Arietti, S. Akhanov, R. Shaketaev.
