/KASE, October 9, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that on
October 3, 2019 the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved the
report on placement of KASE shares in period from August 26, 2018 to
August 25, 2019.
As of September 1, 2019 974,373 ordinary shares of KASE were outstanding, its
shareholder capital equaled to KZT2,661,774,881.74. In the period from
August 26, 2018 to August 25, 2019 32,360 shares were placed.
