/KASE, October 4, 2019/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a decision
of the Board of Directors dated September 19, 2019:
- on issuance by the bank of bonds in the amount of USD300,000,000 on the
Exchange of Astana International Financial Centre and approval of their
issuance terms;
- on increasing the bank's liabilities by an amount making up ten or more
percent of the bank's equity.
