/KASE, October 3, 2019/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
the following persons were removed from its Board of Directors:
- Aslan Yusuf Ziya – member of the Board of Directors;
- Chevik Yerden Kadir – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director;
- B. Kopeshov – member of the Board of Directors;
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of AsiaCredit Bank
consists of three persons: O. Shadiev, A. Asanova, M. Kabashev.
