/KASE, October 3, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that
from October 3, 2019 trading in bonds KZ2C00003432 (KASE main market, category
"bonds", MREKb9) of Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company (Aktau) was
resumed on KASE.
Trading in said bonds was suspended on KASE from September 2, 2019 due to conduct
on September 2, 2019 of a general meeting of holders of said bonds.
Trading in said bonds was resumed after KASE received amendments to the issue
prospectus of said bonds registered by the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan on September 2, 2019. Those amendments, in particular, specified the
procedure of calculation of the indexed face value of said bonds: the USD/KZT
exchange rate fixed at the continuous currency session at 11:00 o'clock on KASE
is used at calculation of the coefficient of the pace of devaluation/revaluation
of the tenge against the US dollar.
Central Securities Depository in its letter of October 2, 2019 announced that
from October 2, 2019 registration of transactions in said bonds was resumed in
its accounting system.
