/KASE, October 2, 2019/ – Shubarkol komir (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of a general meeting of shareholders dated September 26,
2019, the following changes were made to the composition of its Board of
Directors:
- A. Safonov, a member of the Board of Directors, has been excluded;
- R. Ibragimov, a member of the Board of Directors, has been appointed.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Shubarkol komir
consists of five persons: S. Shakhazhanov, D. Rakhmatullaev, M. Murtazaev, N.
Ospanov.
