/KASE, September 30, 2019/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
following:

...on buyback of 10,356,375 pieces of Batys tranzit (hereinafter – the Company)
securities by Eurasian Development Bank (hereinafter – the Bank) from KEGOC.
Hence, the Bank is the sole shareholder of the Company's bonds in the number
of 126,083,507 pieces.
