/KASE, September 27, 2019/ – As announced earlier, an initial offering of
indexed bonds KZ2C00006153 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KZAPb2;
KZT1,000, KZT70.0 bn; 27.09.19 – 27.10.24; annual coupon 4.00 % APR; actual/360)
of National Atomic Company "Kazatomprom" (Nur-Sultan) was conducted in the
"Subscription" module of the trading system on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
on September 27, 2019 by way of subscription to them.
Subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" was acting
as the seller during the subscription to said bonds.
Bonds to a total face value of KZT70,000,000,000 (70,000,000 pieces at a face
value of KZT1,000) were offered. According to results of the subscription, the
issuer sold the entire volume offered.
