/KASE, September 26, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE) Management Board, from 13:00, Almaty time, September 26,
2019 trading in ordinary shares KZ1C00001619 (KASE main market, category
"standard", KZAP) and global depositary receipts (GDR) US63253R2013 (sector
"derivative securities", KZAPd_USD), with ordinary shares as underlying asset,
of National atomic company "Kazatomprom" (Nur-Sultan) was resumed on KASE.
The trading in said securities was suspended today on KASE from 11:30 ALT
based on a statement from National atomic company "Kazatomprom" JSC about
an intention of Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC to sell around 6.5
million GDRs, with ordinary shares KZ1C00001619 (KZAP) as the underlying
asset.
