/KASE, September 20, 2019/ – VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) Subsidiary Company (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the copies of registered amendments to the issue prospectus
of its bonds KZ2C00003671 (KASE main market, category 'bonds', BVTBb5; KZT100,
KZT10.0 bn., 3 years, semi-annual coupon 8.00% APR, 30/360) and a certificate of
state registration of corporate securities issue dated September 20, 2019
replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to the issue prospectus of these bonds;
- the certificate was replaced due to change in the maturity period of said bonds;
- maturity period was changed from 3 to 2 years.
