/KASE, September 16, 2019/ – Freedom Holding Corp. (Salt Lake City, USA), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the decisions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on
September 10, 2019:
- to elect two Class III directors for a three-year term until their respective
successors are properly elected and qualified:
- Timur Turlov;
- Jason Kerr;
- to approve the appointment of WSRP LLC as an independent registered accounting
firm for fiscal year 2020.
