/KASE, September 13, 2019/ – Shubarkol Premium (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
changes in the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- S. Voitovich – member of the Board of Directors, independent director – removed;
- N. Shangereev – Chairman of the Board of Directors, independent director,
A. Gabdullin – member of the Board of Directors, independent director,
E. Upushev – member of the Board of Directors – appointed.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Shubarkol
Premium consists of three persons.
