/KASE, September 12, 2019/ – Marganec Zhairema (Karaganda reg.), whose shares
are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE
about the decisions of its sole shareholder of August 31, 2019:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2018;
- The company's net income for 2018 shall not be distributed, dividends on
ordinary shares shall not be paid, the amount of a dividend per ordinary share
shall not be approved;
- to take due note of the fact of absence of shareholders’ petitions related to
the actions of the company and its executives in 2018;
- to take due note of the amount and the makeup of remuneration to the members of
the Board of Directors and the executive body of the company.
