/KASE, September 10, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that
the trading in the following bonds of Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture
(Nur-Sultan) will be suspended on KASE as of September 12, 2019:
- KZ2C00002962 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, FAGRb1);
- KZ2C00003465 (KASE main market, "bonds" category", FAGRb2).
This decision was made due to the General Meeting of holders of these bonds to
be held on September 12, 2019, which will consider making amendments to the terms
of issue of these bonds.
Trades in these bonds on KASE will be resumed on the next working day after
receipt of relevant changes to the issue prospectus of these bonds by KASE and
confirmation from Central Securities Depository on resuming their placement and
circulation in its accounting system.
If the General Meeting of holders of these bonds does not take place or if the
decision on the approval of changes to the issue prospectus of these bonds is
not made, trading in these bonds would be resumed on the next working day after
receiving a notice from the Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture on releasing
the decision made by the General Meeting of bondholders on website of the
depository of financial statements.
Earlier, there was a related KASE news item dated August 20, 2019 "General
meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C00002962 (FAGRb1) and KZ2C00003465 (FAGRb2) of
the Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture scheduled for September 12, 2019"
