/KASE, September 5, 2019/ – First Heartland Jýsan Bank (Nur-Sultan), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that it had signed Transfer & Acceptance Certificate on August 29, 2019 as
part of voluntary restructuring by consolidation of First Heartland Bank with
First Heartland Jýsan Bank and the introduction procedure of the signed
certificate.
