/KASE, September 5, 2019/ – Subsidiary Organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan
Halyk Insurance Company (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on the
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Extraordinary General
Meeting of its shareholders will start on September 27, 2019 at 3:00 pm with the
following agenda:
- on the approval of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
shareholders of the company;
- on making a decision to cancel the decision on the second issue of the
General Meeting of Shareholders held on October 18, 2018;
- on making a decision to conclude additional agreement No. 1 to Pledge of
Rights Agreement made on October 2, 2017 between Insurance Company Kazkommerts
- Policy JSC and China Development Bank Corporation (in relation to the policy
holder Asian Gas Pipeline LLP);
- on the approval of changes and amendments to the Regulations on the company’s
Board of Directors.
