/KASE, September 4, 2019/ – Insurance company "Kommesk-Omir" (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about a decision of the general meeting of shareholders on September 2, 2019
"to participate in the setting up of a subsidiary legal entity – an insurance
company operating in the "life insurance" sector, by way of transfer of part of
assets belonging to IC "Kommesk-Omir".
