/KASE, September 3, 2019/ – KazAgro National Management Holding (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated July 18, 2019:
- to approve the company's 2018 annual financial statements;
- not to pay out dividends on the company's ordinary shares for 2018.
