/KASE, September 2, 2019/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on October 1, 2019
at 10:00 o'clock, with the meeting agenda as follows:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the
bank's shareholders;
- on payout of dividends on ordinary shares of the bank and approval of the
dividend amount per ordinary share.
