/KASE, August 28, 2019/ – KazTransGas Aimak (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated August 22, 2019, the
following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- K. Sultangaziev – a member of the Board of Directors, independent director –
removed;
- E. Kasenov – a member of the Board of Directors, independent director –
appointed.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of KazTransGas
Aimak consists of three persons: R. Suleimanov, M. Tasybaev, E. Kasenov.
