on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

On August 16, 2019 a Supplement No. 10 to the contract No. 2575 dated
08.02.2008 on exploration and production of gas in Rostoshinskoe field in West
Kazakhstan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan was signed between Zhaikmunai
LLP and the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
