/KASE, August 21, 2019/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated August 12, 2019 Kerstin
Bokker was appointed as a member of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan temir
zholy consists of nine persons: Christian Kuhn, S. Mynbaev, N. Baidauletov, E.
Zhanadil, A. Kravchenko, E. Kudabaev, A. Satkaliev, Lutz Freitag, Kerstin Bokker.
