/KASE, August 19, 2019/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 12, 2019, N.
Karnakova was appointed a member of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of KazAgroFinance
consists of five persons: K. Izbastin, B. Ospanov, N. Baizirov, A. Ashirbekov,
N. Karnakova.
