Bonds KZ2C00006161 (AGKKb12) of Agrarian credit corporation underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, August 15, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of August 15, 2019, bonds KZ2C00006161 (KZT1,000, KZT70.0 bn; 7 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined upon results of the first resultant special trading session for bonds offering; 30/360) of Agrarian credit corporation (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced later, as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Issuance of said bonds is the first one under the fourth bond program of Agrarian credit corporation registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 8, 2019 in the amount of KZT500.0 bn. Kazkommerts Securities – subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank (Almaty) is the financial advisor of Agrarian credit corporation. Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) AGKKb12.
