/KASE, August 15, 2019/ – Nurbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the
"extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Nurbank JSC scheduled for
August 12, 2019 failed to take place due to the absence of a quorum".
