/KASE, August 14, 2019/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the removal of D. Vlasov from the composition of its
Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of Subsidiary Bank
"Home Credit and Finance Bank" consists of six persons: Karel Gorak,
Nadirova N., Ladislav Shimichek, Batchvarov Kiril Atanasov, Zimmerman Antonin,
Fokina A.
