Bonds KZ2C00006146 (FPKRb3) of Fund of Problem Loans underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, August 12, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of August 12, 2019, bonds KZ2C00006146 (KZT1,000, KZT17,518,400,000; 10 years, annual coupon 9.00 % APR; 30/360) of Fund of Problem Loans (Almaty) were included in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced later, as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. BCC Invest – subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of the Fund of Problem Loans. Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) FPKRb3.
