/KASE, August 12, 2019/ – Estate Management Company (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of its sole shareholder dated August 1, 2019, A. Uvaliev
was appointed a member of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Estate Management
Company JSC consists of three persons: A. Uvaliev, E. Zhamanbaev, Zh. Bisimbaeva.
