/KASE, August 9, 2019/ – Shubarkol Premium (Karaganda), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
"the agreement of sale and purchase of a participatory interest in the charter
capital of Baisat Investment Group LLP No. 1883 dated May 15, 2019 was
terminated and that the termination agreement was signed".
