/KASE, August 9, 2019/ – Halyk Finance, subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of
Kazakhstan (Almaty, in the heading – Halyk Finance), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of its sole shareholder dated August 8, 2019 E. Salimov was appointed
a member of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary organization
of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance consists of four persons: A. Dunaev,
A. Joldasbekov, T. Ayupov, E. Salimov.
