/KASE, August 7, 2019/ – BAST (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed
on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Extraordinary
General Meeting of its shareholders will start on September 9, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
with the following agenda:
- on electing new member to the Board of Directors;
- on electing new member to the Board of Directors – an independent director;
- on raising remuneration to Board of Directors’ members.
