/KASE, August 7, 2019/ – By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of August 7, 2019, bonds KZ2P00006034 KZT1,000, KZT1.5 bn; 3 years; semiannual coupon of 7.12% APR, 30/360) of MetalInvestAtyrau (Atyrau) were included in KASE official list alternative market's category "bonds". The date of this Listing Commission decision’s entry into force will be communicated later after the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of Chapter 5 of Appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally.
