/KASE, August 5, 2019/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on August 2, 2019:
- to approve amendments to the bank's charter by way of approval of the new
edition;
- to approve amendments to the bank's corporate governance code;
- to pay out dividends on ordinary shares and preferred shares of the bank
for 2018 at KZT905.0 per share.
