/KASE, July 31, 2019/ – PartnerInterFreight (Temirtau), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of the annual general meeting of its partners dated July 20,
2019:
- to approve the partnership's 2018 financial statements;
- to distribute the partnership's 2018 net income in the amount of KZT30,000,000.00
between partners pro rata to their shares in the authorized capital and pay
out dividends.
