/KASE, July 31, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that trading in
bonds KZ2C00001634 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KASTb3) of KAZEXPORTASTYK
Holding (Nur-Sultan) has been suspended on KASE as of July 31, 2019.
This decision was made due to the General Meeting of holders of these bonds to be
held on July 31, 2019, which will consider making amendments to the terms of
issue of these bonds.
Trades in these bonds on KASE will be resumed on the next working day after
receipt of relevant changes to the issue prospectus of these bonds by KASE and
confirmation from Central Securities Depository on resuming their placement and
circulation in its accounting system.
If the General Meeting of holders of these bonds does not take place and/or if
the decision on the approval of changes to the issue prospectus of these bonds
is not made, trading in these bonds would be resumed on the next working day
after receiving a notice from KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding on releasing the decision
made by the General Meeting of bondholders on website of the depository of
financial statements.
