/KASE, July 24, 2019/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on September 4, 2019 at 12:00 o'clock.

The sole issue on the meeting agenda is the issue "On remuneration to independent directors of Kazakhtelecom JSC".
