/KASE, July 23, 2019/ – LOGYCOM (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its
sole shareholder dated July 19, 2019.
The shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to approve consolidated financial statements of the company for 2018;
- to allocate part of the company's 2018 net income in the amount of KZT38 mln
to payout of dividends;
- to approve the dividend amount per ordinary share at KZT18.10;
- to define the dividend payout start date as July 20, 2019 for ordinary shares,
the dividend payout end date as October 18, 2019;
Overall, the company's sole shareholder took decisions on five issues of the
meeting agenda.
