/KASE, July 19, 2019/ – Altyntau Kokshetau (Akmola reg.), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
changes in its Board of Directors:
- A.A. Sadu, a member of the Board of Directors, M.O. Mirzabekov, has been
excluded;
- B.S. Kuanshaliyev, a member of the Board of Directors, has been elected.
Given these changes, currently, the Board of Directors of Altyntau Kokshetau
comprises nine people: Nikola Popovic, Khmelev A.L., D.Sh. Tursunkulov, F.R.
Tazeldinov, N.B. Saurambayev, B.S. Kuanshaliyev, T.T. Ibrayev, A.S. Omarov, G.K.
Gazizov.
