/KASE, July 18, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that as of July
18, 2019, the following information of bonds KZ2C00001766 (KASE main market,
category "bonds", LARIb2; KZT1, KZT10.0 bn; 30/360) of AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty)
was changed in KASE trading system and data bases:
- the interest rate was changed from 8% APR of the face value of a bond over
seven years from the circulation start date to 13.00 % APR over the eighth and
ninth year of circulation;
- the period of maturity was changed from seven years to nine years.
As of July 18, 2019, KASE resumed trading of these bonds, which were suspended
from July 15, 2019.
