Bonds KZ2C00006120 (AGKKb11) of Agrarian Credit Corporation underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of the main market

/KASE, June 17, 2019/ – By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of July 17, 2019, bonds KZ2C00006120 (KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined after first successful special trading sessions on offering the bonds; 30/360) of Agrarian Credit Corporation (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE official list main market's "bonds" category. The date of this Listing Commission decision’s entry into force will be communicated later after the issuer fulfils the terms set in item 1 of Chapter 5 of Appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issue of these bonds is the fourth issue under the third bond programme of Agrarian Credit Corporation registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 27, 2015. BCC Invest – subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) is the financial advisor of Agrarian Credit Corporation. These bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) AGKKb11.
