/KASE, July 15, 2019/ – Shubarkol Premium (Karaganda), whose shares are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE of changes in its
Board of Directors:
- excluded: Kurganbayev Z.E., a member of the Board of Directors, Tusupov D.M.,
an independent director and chairman of the Board of Directors;
- elected: Gabdullin A.A., an independent director, chairman of the Board of
Directors, and Voytovich S.M., a member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Shubarkol Premium
comprises three people. Voytovich S.M., Upushev E.E., Gabdullin A.A.
