/KASE, July 12, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that trading
in bonds KZ2C00001493 (KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, ALTMb1) of
Almatytemir (Almaty) was resumed on KASE as of July 12, 2019.
Trading of these bonds has been suspended on KASE since June 20, 2019 due to the
General Meeting of the holders of these bonds held on June 20, 2019.
Trading of these bonds resumed because KASE received changes and amendments to
the issue prospectus of these bonds adopted on June 20, 2019 at the General
Meeting of Bondholders and registered by the National Bank of the Republic
Kazakhstan on July 5, 2019. According to the changes and amendments, the security
for performance of obligations under these bonds, the procedure, the terms and
conditions and the timeframe for implementation of early buyback of bonds, as
well as other conditions relating to default, restrictions (covenant) have
changed.
The Central Securities Depository, in a letter dated May 22, 2019, reported that
from May 22, 2019, the registration of transactions on these bonds has resumed
in its accounting system.
