/KASE, July 11, 2019/ – Nurbank (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on
the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Extraordinary
General Meeting of its shareholders will start on August 12, 2019 at 10:00 am
with the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of
the bank;
- determining the form of the bank’s notice to convene the General Meeting of
Shareholders.
