/KASE, July 10, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that trading
in bonds KZ2C00001766 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, LARIb2) of AsiaCredit
Bank will be suspended on KASE as of July 11, 2019. -
According to this decision, if the General Meeting of holders of these bonds to
be held on July 11, 2019 decides to approve the amendments to the issue prospectus
of these bonds, the suspension of trades will be extended until the day following
the date of receipt of relevant amendments to the issue prospectus of these bonds
by KASE and confirmation from Central Securities Depository on the resumption of
their placement and circulation in its accounting system.
Trades in these bonds on KASE will be resumed on the next working day after
receipt of relevant changes to the issue prospectus of these bonds by KASE and
confirmation from Central Securities Depository on resuming their placement and
circulation in its accounting system.
It has been established by the same decision that if the General Meeting of holders
of these bonds does not take place and/or if the decision on the approval of
changes to the issue prospectus of these bonds is not made, trading in these bonds
would be resumed on the next working day after receiving relevant notice from
AsiaCredit Bank.
