/KASE, July 4, 2019/ – Novacom Corporation (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the General
Meeting of Holders of bonds KZ2D00005949 (KASE alternative market, category
"bonds", NCOMb1) will begin on July 29, 2019 at 11:00 o'clock.
The meeting agenda includes amendments and changes to the issue prospectus of
these bonds.
